I'm a journalist and fact checker from Arizona currently based in Brooklyn.

Right now, I am fact-checking for New York Magazine and several other news media companies. I’ve written about student movements, labor rights, and climate change for various outlets. Some of my fact-checking work can be found in The Nation, Texas Monthly, The Intercept, Jewish Currents, This American Life, Serial, Articles of Interest, TED Talks, The New York Times, Traffic Magazine, and five non-fiction books. At the University of Arizona, I published a multimedia reporting project investigating gender-based violence in higher education.
